Donation of School Supplies to Oasis

My Fine Mind once again donated school materials to our partner, Oasis-A Haven-Women and Children Center.

Oasis is a haven for the underprivileged. It is a shelter that serves many services like giving food and education to the needy who cannot afford these things. The shelter has been around since 1997. Ann Wagner and Christine DeVita Breit opened their doors at 320 Main Street. Their motive was to provide meal services to poor women and children. They started out from a church basement and raised enough funds to construct a new and separate building. Today, they are still growing and hosting many programs to meet the needs of women and children. To visit their website and learn more about Oasis, visit http://oasisnj.org/.

My Fine Mind recently received a donation of notebooks, sheets of paper, and writing/drawing materials from the Secaucus Public Library. The materials we collected were distributed to the children in need at Oasis. My Fine Mind was able to give the supplies to those in need and help those children receive the quality of education that they deserve.  We would like to thank the people of Secaucus, the Secaucus Public Library, and Oasis for helping My Fine Mind make a difference.
