Yajas Shah is Co-Founder and My Fine Mind’s Chief Executive Officer. My Fine Mind was founded during Yajas’s sophomore year at Northern Highlands Regional High School with the goal of making education accessible to anyone regardless of their age, gender, or socioeconomic standing. 

As CEO, Yajas oversees all operations of My Fine Mind and is responsible for both the current business strategies as well as how My Fine Mind will expand in the future. With the help of the executive team, he handles the overall image of the organization as well as financial, operational, and marketing strategies. He handles major business decisions and manages the resources of the organization.

Previously Yajas has served as the Vice President of Northern Highlands DECA and Northern Highlands Stock Market Club. He also served as a presenter of the Northern Highlands Fed Challenge Team and a member of the Northern Highlands Honors Society. 

He is the recipient of the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award for his work with My Fine Mind. Additionally, he is a three-time DECA National-level Competitor and his work with his chapter earned him a two-year tenure on the Leadership Team. 

Yajas will attend Stern Undergraduate School of Business at New York University with plans to graduate with a BS in Business concentrating in Finance, Quantitative Economics & Econometrics.
