WomenRising

Women Rising has the mission to assist women and their families to achieve self-sufficiency and live safe, productive and fulfilling lives, through social services, economic development, and advocacy services. For over 110 years, WomenRising has been helping women and their families. Women Rising has served over 15,000 individuals, placed 250 individuals, provided 89 families with a safe place to live, provided occupational training for 1,390 individuals, advised 1,230 women on legal options, provided counseling to 1,400 women and families, provided 4,355 clients with immediate assistance, and continued assistance to 930 former clients in 2017.
