Krtim Shah is Co-Founder and is the Chief Financial Officer for My Fine Mind. My Fine Mind was founded when Krtim was in 8th grade at Brookside Middle School with the goal to make education accessible to anyone regardless of their age, gender, or socioeconomic standing. My Fine Mind has grown to be an important part of his life and has taught him many important lessons and skills.

As the non-profit’s CFO, Krtim oversees the financial side of the non-profit. He is in charge of all financial transactions, donations, grants, and finding new partners. He also works closely with the executive team to develop better business and marketing strategies. For his work with My Fine Mind, Krtim received the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award.

Krtim is a junior at Northern Highlands Regional High School and is a high honor roll student there. Besides founding and working at My Fine Mind, he is a member of the Northern Highlands DECA Chapter, Stock Market Club, and Leo Club. He also is a member of the Northern Highlands Junior Varsity Golf Team and works as a caddy at the Tuxedo Club.
